U.S. MANUFACTURING

Exsel USA supports U.S.-aligned manufacturing, assembly, integration and sustainment activity across protected mobility, deployable infrastructure and specialist systems.

Current capability combines fabrication, systems integration, engineering and scalable assembly activity aligned to domestic production priorities and resilient supply chain requirements. The wider group manufacturing heritage also includes specialist industrial production, technical product manufacturing and vehicle component development supporting defence, automotive and specialist mobility sectors in both the United States and United Kingdom.

This enables systems and platforms to be configured, integrated and sustained closer to operational end users.

COMPANY HERITAGE

The group heritage combines decades of engineering, manufacturing and operational programme delivery spanning protected vehicles, deployable systems, infrastructure and specialist defence support activity.

Historical collaboration with TFM contributed to the development of mine-protected and V-hull vehicle concepts associated with platforms such as the RG31 and RG32 Scout. Subsequent activity expanded into UK MOD vehicle support, communications integration, ECM installation, post-design services, field support and deployable infrastructure programmes.

This wider capability base now supports Exsel USA activities across mobility, infrastructure, manufacturing and operational support.

VEHICLES

Vehicle capability combines protected mobility development, platform integration, fleet sustainment and vehicle reset experience developed across decades of defence programmes. The heritage traces back through collaboration with TFM during the evolution of V-hull protected mobility concepts and RG-series platforms including the RG31 and RG32 Scout.

Subsequent work expanded into UK MOD programmes including Husky support, ECM integration, communications conversion activity, post-design services and ongoing sustainment support across wheeled and tracked fleets.

Today, Exsel USA supports protected vehicle reset, remanufacture, integration and specialist mobility development activity aligned to evolving operational requirements.

DEPLOYABLE INFRASTRUCTURE

Deployable infrastructure capability combines engineering, manufacturing and systems integration experience developed through supporting operational deployments and expeditionary environments. The group designs and integrates modular infrastructure systems supporting deployable communications, power integration, operational workspaces and rapidly deployable capability packages suited to austere and temporary operating locations.

These systems are designed to improve operational flexibility, reduce deployment burden and simplify sustainment activity across defence and government environments. This capability is supported by wider field service and systems integration experience, ensuring infrastructure can be deployed, maintained and adapted effectively throughout operational use.
