EXSEL GROUP are proud to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious Gold Award in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) by the British Ministry of Defence. This coveted award is granted to those organisations who have demonstrated and proved historical support for the Armed Forces Community.
Achieving Gold is a testament to our shared values and our determination to make a positive difference to the lives of military veterans, reservists and families who have served and supported our country.
We are proud to be a part of the 10,000 strong signatories who have pledged support for the Armed Forces Covenant since it was enshrined into law in 2011, of which those who demonstrate continued and dedicated support gain the Gold Recognition accolade. Exsel Group and the Explora Foundation continue to advocate the benefits of supporting those within the Armed Forces community, by encouraging other organisations to sign the Armed Forces Covenant and engage with the Employer Recognition Scheme.
EXSEL Group have a history of providing opportunities for the Armed Forces community, we currently employ 16 veterans, across all areas of our business, our company’s employment policies ensure ex-forces personnel are given the required training and support to become valued members of our company. Our history encapsulates support for reservists, spouses of Military Personnel, together with presented opportunities for Cadet Training.
